Unless you are logged in, all WikiBone pages display a Log in / Create Account link in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Clicking on this link takes you to the login page. Rather than entering a name and password on this page, click on the Create an account link instead, which takes you to the account creation page.
On the account creation page you will be asked to select a user ID and password. You will also be given the option of providing your name and e-mail address. If you provide your name it will be used in the attribution of any contribution you make. Providing an e-mail address allows you to: receive e-mail through WikiBone from other users (to whom your e-mail address will not be exposed), receive notifications from WikiBone via e-mail when pages on your watchlist are modified, and receive a new password from WikiBone if necessary.
